The Team

We are a team of European Patent Attorneys and IP professionals with offices in Madrid, Barcelona and Pamplona (Navarra).
Our team is trained and experienced in the fields of chemistry, life sciences and electromechanics, including software and computer-implemented inventions. Our experience as in-house patent engineers gives us a strong understanding of what concerns companies and inventors alike, where the value of and IP resides, what should be protected and what not.
Successful IP management is as much about defining a strong, bespoke IP strategy with solid IP assets as it is about defending the business activities of the companies by enforcing the IP assets and getting third-party IP assets limited or revoked. Our team is also well versed in post-grant procedures, having successfully defended and revoked many patents in oppositions, and demonstrated infringement or non-infringement of patents in court.
